Lean

All projects trucks affects the slope of the board when turning. A part trucks makes the board tilt more, others less. By lean is meant how much a longboard and truck tilt when turning in a certain radius. In general, one can say that one truck with lower truckangle tends to have a lot of lean. How much lean you prefer is a matter of taste. If you want to have tight and solid turns, it can sometimes be nice to ride with a lot of inclination on the board in the turns, while in other contexts it can feel shaky. It largely depends on what your technique and rhythm look like when you go.
