Bones Speed Cream
Bones special oil for ball bearings. A drop lasts a long time.
It is on the open inside where you see the bullets or on a protective plate with small holes in which you should drip the oil, not on the outside if it is sealed with a rubber gasket.
On SKF Explorer and Energy, it is possible to drip on the outside because the shield has slots for oil.
