For those of you who roll on an electric board, we think it is a smart move to aim for ceramic ball bearings. The ceramic ones may be a little more expensive, but the steel in the balls has been replaced with ceramic, which is because they will stay round and even, even if moisture and dirt do everything to destroy. Ordinary steel balls are more sensitive to this than ceramics. The result is a ball bearing that lasts better and longer over time. If you also want to roll on an electric board where it will be many miles, it can be a wise choice.
