829 kr
Caliber's new truck is finally here! Stronger and more agile than ever, they will offer a comfortable and safe ride wherever you go. This version is with rake which means you can flip your hanger. It gives you two different characteristics on the same truck. A slightly lower and more stable one for the slopes and a higher angle for a bit faster turn when cruising or more comfortable freeride.

Caliber truck co's new model is finally here! The 44° model is revolutionary in that it has a completely different versatility than ever before. You can now choose whether you want it in 44° or 50° in the same truck! This is the first time that the same truck has been able to be rebuilt to two different angles.
Really nice trucks from Caliber for cruising or tougher freeride. Caliber III are just as nice as they look and you can get a fantastically nice setup with them. Caliber stands for nice feel and high quality. If you thought they had nice version II then this is simply a truck that has improved feel and more possibilities than ever before.
Play with Venom's lovely specially designed plug-bushings which provides minimal slop. These plug bushings work as a precision bushing where this comes with a small elevation that fits perfectly into your trucks. In addition, the truck has now also been upgraded with a pivot cup in urethane instead of the plastic commonly used by most of the trucks on the market. This provides a better and more reliable response in the ride.
Shim
The model is equipped with a so-called shim. That is, a small washer that is recessed on your baseplate. This washer is an incredibly clever idea. If you leave it as it is, you simply have a baseplate that gives you a 50° angle, but by lifting it off you can lower the truck angle to 44°. An angle that gives you a lower height on the entire board while also making it a little more stable at higher speeds. Because the 5mm thick washer gives you a little more space when it is removed, you can choose to use a tall bushing on the inside (boardside). This way you can get better stability and more lean in your ride.
So you can choose whether you want to run a tall bushing or not if you run without your shim. Note that tall barrel bushings are sold separately in that case. We recommend Venom which is the brand Caliber has chosen to use as standard in their trucks.
Rake
Caliber's new trucks are available in both standard and rake versions.
Choosing positive or negative rake is as simple as flipping the hanger if you buy the raked versions. If you look at the pictures you will see that the hanger is slightly angled so you can unscrew it and flip it to get new features on the same truck.
You can use the rake on the truck to give the truck a positive (standard) or negative rake which gives you different characteristics on the same truck! Positive rake gives you deeper turns for a great flow in cruising while negative rake gives you a lower more stable riding experience! Perfect if you want to increase your speed in your freeride and want to be able to get a more direct response in sliding.
Flipping your hanger does not affect the truck angle in this case, but only gives you different characteristics and feel in the ride as described above.
