Finally, it is Boosted Rev here. The much-anticipated electric scooter from Boosted that many have been waiting for. We are proud to be one of the few authorized stores in Sweden that is allowed to sell them. The electric alternatives for transportation have exploded in recent years and scooters in particular have increased in demand as they have been easy to learn to ride and handle. The reasons for electric alternatives are many. The environmental reason is one of the stronger ones, but there are also a lot of savings from not having to pay for gas in the car or paying for the bus card. If you use it daily for transportation to and from school, work or whatever it may be, you will save a lot quite quickly.
The agility
Choosing an electric scooter is a good option for those who may not have had previous experience of standing on a board but who at the same time want to get around in a more fun way than an electric bike. It is therefore easy to get started and it is easy to learn and keep your balance. You also do not have to think about rush hour traffic or the like, but get around the way you want. Above all, you can fold down the handlebars and carry your Rev with you, which may give it other advantages compared to a classic electric bike.
The range
Rev is equipped with a powerful battery, just like Boosted's other products. You have a potential range of up to 3.5 kilometers on a single charge! That's pretty cocky anyway.
Equipped for all days
With the air-pumped tires with patterns, you get both cushioning and good grip on the road when you ride, and they will ensure that you can handle wet roads better than with smooth longboard wheels. In other words, it is better equipped for worse weather conditions than many of its competitors.
Performance & Safety
You can easily control the speed via an ergonomic speed control on the handlebar. Thanks to the fact that Rev drives with both wheels, you get good power and a stronger torque that can accelerate in all positions. If you want to brake, you can use both the classic handbrake and the rear fender that you can put your foot on to brake like a classic scooter. Just like on the other Boosted models, it has regenerative braking, which means that the battery is charged when braking. An advanced system for this has been developed to not wear out the battery. In other words, the battery is charged differently depending on how long and hard you brake.
