Loaded has developed its own hardware to ensure that all parts in the board are of the highest quality.
The screws are made of really strong steel, (Much stronger than Grade 8). To get a lower screw head but still distribute pressure, the washer has been integrated into the head.

Everything comes packaged in a small, handy plastic box that you can then use to store spare parts.
