Elwing Halokee PowerKit Sport
4 999 kr – 6 999 kr
The updated version of Elwing is on its way! With the new PowerKit you get an updated board in more or less every way. In the new version, it has been made even easier to change the parts, which makes it easier to change the battery or eventually upgrade the board from single to dual drive. Choose whether you want one or two motors on your board and whether you want a standard (approved to fly with) or a long range battery.
Note: if you choose dual drive, Elwing recommends using their larger battery (long range). Some models have been shown to have problems with dual drive and the small battery.
For those of you who want a smooth eskate to surf around on but who can also manage to get up hills and at a good speed, Elwing is a good and affordable alternative. They offer a number of setup variants to best suit your preferences and wallet. PowerKit Sport is an updated version of Elwing's previous series where practically everything has been improved in an already good concept. In the new Elwing PowerKit, it has been made easier to change components overall, but perhaps the biggest improvement is that it is even easier to change the battery. Just bring a skate tool with you and you can practically change the battery whenever it suits you.
Elwing has, just like before, two models of boards, where the shorter cruiser is called Nimbus, and a longer model called Halokee (as you see here). Halokee is a 37.5″ board so you have more of the classic longboard feel in it. Both have a really nice concave and with double kicks. Regardless of which of the boards you choose, the power and flexibility of the components is the same.
We will make sure to stock all the accessories and spare parts you might want from Elwing.
Select Single or Dual motors
Elwing has made it possible to choose between one or two motors on the board. Each motor is 500W and the biggest difference is the torque which affects the incline you can handle with your board.
Single Drive
This option can be a good option for those who want to save energy and weight on the board and who may not need steep inclines. It can handle inclines of 10% and gives you a top speed of 32km/h in Pro mode.
Dual Drive
For those who want to maximize power and want to reach a slightly higher top speed but also need to be able to climb some slopes, this option is probably better for you. With dual drive, you can handle a gradient of 20% and can reach a top speed of 38km/h in Pro mode.
Select Battery
Regardless of whether you have one or two motors on the board, you can choose whether you want a standard or long range battery. Elwing has improved the battery cells for safer and more durable use. The advantage of the standard battery is that it is 90 Wh, which means that you can take it on the plane the next time you travel with the board. You get a range of 15 km, so you don't have that far or if you can always charge at your final destination, that battery works well.
Long Range is for those who want to be able to ride far and long. 216 Wh lets you roll up to 30 km.
