For those of you looking for a fun way to practice balance when you're not standing on your regular board. Epic Balance Boards are boards with a really nice finish and high quality. Balance Boards are an effective way to practice your strength, balance and body control regardless of whether you skateboard, longboard, snowboard, surf or not. The balance boards can be used for the gym, rehab, yoga or whatever you can think of. Practicing your balance and strength is a good way to avoid injuries but at the same time to train all the muscles of the body in a gentle way.
The board has two support lugs at the far end to secure it so it stays on the roller more easily if you move close to the edges. It also allows you to take some support against it if you want to do certain types of movements.
