This can be perfect to do in the beginning when you are learning to ride or when you start to get up to speed. Loosen the nut if you want more turn in the truck. Perfect for if you want to cruise or just want to turn quickly and easily. Keep in mind that trucks that are too loose can mean that you get wheelbite. Therefore, check that the wheels do not catch the board when you push it hard (before you ride it). You do not want to get wheelbite at speed, believe me.

Most trucks have a kingpin screw. If you know which truck is always forward and which is always backward, you can also experiment by setting the trucks to different strengths depending on the effect you want to achieve.

There are also Sidewinder trucks from, among others, Gullwing which have a double suspension on each truck, meaning that there are two screws on each. These trucks provide extremely agile turning ability.
