Payment method
Can I pay for my order when I pick it up?
Yes, absolutely. If you would rather pay everything in cash or by card when you pick up the goods on site, we can of course arrange this. Contact us to reserve your goods. Then you can easily pick them up in the shop the next time it is open.
Can I order cash on delivery?
No, unfortunately. At the moment, we do not offer this option directly on the site. Due to the fact that we use Klarna Checkout as a complete solution, we have deliberately removed this option to make the purchasing process easier and smoother. Email us if you would like to place a cash on delivery order and we will create a manual order. Please note that an additional fee of SEK 50 is charged for this order option.

How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping cost is 59:-. All orders are sent with DHL to your nearest Service Point (delivery point).
Shipping damage
Transport damage
If your package was damaged upon receipt, you must file a damage report at your delivery location before you receive a package. If you receive a damaged package without reporting the damage, the responsibility is transferred from the shipping carrier to you. We are then unable to compensate for damage to a shipment caused by the shipping carrier. As soon as a damage report is filed, you will receive a damage number and after that we can take over the case for you and replace you with a new item or refund your money.

Warranty matters
Report a bug on your Evolve
Sometimes it happens that the technology malfunctions or that something might be wrong. In order to best be able to figure out what might be wrong and get the most professional assessment possible, Evolve prefers that you contact their support if something goes wrong.
Document the error carefully and if you can film or photograph the problem, it is often even better to be able to provide a better diagnosis. If Evolve determines that the error is a manufacturing defect, they will be responsible for fixing the error for you under warranty.

We're currently shipping to a wide range of countries. Our webshop currently supports delivery to most of Europe. Our checkout is automatically loading the right gateway depending on your country your browsing from. Using a proxy could cause problems and loading a checkout with the wrong currency.
Our shipping cost may vary depending on the terms we have with the shipping provider for your country. You should be able to see the cost presented in your cart during checkout. If you experience any problems with processing your order, please contact us (info@boardlife.se) and we will help you out.
Please note that in some cases we're not allowed to ship some products to other countries due to restrictions in distribution rights and so on.

I don't live in Sweden. How can I order?
No problem. Right now we have Klarna Global Checkout which ensures that you can at least pay by card in cases where the country you are browsing from does not support other services at Klarna. Apart from this, we can deliver to all of Europe and also outside. However, some countries have regulations regarding customs clearance such as Norway etc. which can limit some. There may also be certain restrictions on which product ranges we are allowed to sell to other markets due to distribution rights. But most things can be resolved if you wish to order to another country.

How long is the delivery time?
Our normal delivery time is approx. 3-5 working days. If the product is not in stock, it may take around 10 days before you have your item in your hand.
Product questions
My new board makes noises and creaks when I turn, what's wrong?
Does your new board make a creaking noise when you turn? It's not dangerous, it's because your bushings in the truck are not yet fully broken in. It is actually quite common for them to creak when they are new. You don't need to worry that there is something wrong with the board and can continue to use it. If the noise bothers you too much, there is Bushing Wax available to purchase that will solve the noise. Otherwise, it usually calms down over time. It can also happen that this kind of noise occurs on an old board, but as I said, it is nothing to worry about.

I am missing components in the board builder
Sometimes our board builder doesn't have all the components you're looking for. If you find a specific product on our site but it's missing from the board builder, please contact us.
Returns & Complaints
Advertise a product
If an item is broken or faulty, you should always tell us as soon as possible so that we can fix the problem. Always take pictures of damaged packages/products and always report this directly to the delivery point.
If you discover something wrong with your order, please let us know. It is important that you do not use the product, as you have by definition approved the purchase. Furthermore, we are unable to accept returns on used goods. Please take pictures of any errors and send them to us at info@boardlife.se. We will respond as soon as we can.

In the event of an incorrect order, we are responsible for the return shipping back to us as well as the transportation cost for any new item to you.
Return an item
Sometimes it happens that you regret your purchase or that you realize that you ordered the wrong item. With us you always have a 60-day return policy as long as the item is unused. You as the customer are only responsible for the return shipping back to us.
As soon as we have received the item and checked that it is ok, we will cancel your order and then refund the full amount. The refund may take up to 3 banking days.

Track packages
Where is my package?
To make it easier to keep track of your package, we ask you to use the app Mina Paket. There you will receive real-time updates on the location of your package. The app is used by DHL and Bring, which means that you can also benefit from it from other suppliers. To read more about how to do this, check here.
I'm having trouble tracking my package.
We do not automatically send out tracking numbers with our orders. Instead, we work with the app My Packages to provide you with continuous information and to allow you to have a history of your shipments. The advantage for those who use the app is that you can see other orders from stores that send your goods via DHL or Bring to you. To get started with the app, you can click here..
